These terms govern your use of the NWTN AI website at getnwtn.com ("the Site") and any consulting services provided by NWTN AI ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What We Do

NWTN AI is an AI integration consultancy for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. We help brands evaluate, select, and implement AI tools for their marketing and operations workflows. Our services include AI tech stack audits, implementation guidance, custom automation builds, and fractional AI leadership.

The Site provides information about our services, published content, and a contact form to reach us. It does not provide user accounts, software-as-a-service, or automated AI tools for public use.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site in bulk without permission

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate statements of work (SOWs) or service agreements signed by both parties. These terms apply to your use of the Site itself. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Any recommendations, assessments, or opinions we provide through our consulting services represent our professional judgment based on available information. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by NWTN AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

For consulting engagements: ownership of deliverables is specified in each project's statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the final deliverables we create for them, and we retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

No Guarantees

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but we make no representations about the completeness or accuracy of any content. The AI and technology landscape changes rapidly, and specific tool recommendations or market observations may become outdated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWTN AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
